CO & NSCR Catalysts |
Advanced Catalyst Systems, LLC manufactures Carbon Monoxide Oxidation catalysts and NSCR 3-way catalysts for all types of Internal Combustion Engines and Gas Turbines burning any kind of fuel. ACS' CO Oxidation catalysts are used in large mufflers and silencers for the largest IC engines in the world utilized for natural gas transmission, and oil and gas drilling and recovery, . ACS' NSCR 3-way catalysts are used for performance race car engines in addition to the larger IC engines used in the Oil & Gas industry. ACS' maintains the highest quality control measures available in the catalyst industry. Our custom manufactured catalysts can be fabricated out of stainless steel foil in dimensions from 1.85" diameter to 48" diameter in round configurations. Oblong and rectangular configurations can be fabricated up to 48" x 48". Cell densities can vary from 20 cpsi up to 700 cpsi, and catalyst depths are available from 3/4" up to 6". ACS also builds catalyst bed arrays that measure up to 5' x 10'. ACS' maintains an excellent reputation for working with customer's parameters to calculate, design, and fabricate the best possible catalyst at the most competitive prices.
